I’m sure all our readers know that the Milan Design Week 2010 has officially ended, right? But the designs showed off at this great event have left a great impact. Check out the green bicycle-powered LED lamp. This cool lamp was spotted by Petz Scholtus over at Treehugger. Designed by Italian-born Gionata Gatto for Atuppertu, this chic energy-efficient lamp is as the name hints peddle powered and is made up of certified wood. Designed to illuminate the stationary bike that it is connected to its, the eco-chic lamp requires just four minutes of cranking or cycling to receive a full 30 minutes of light. Which directly helps you cut down the power bill.
