A major portion of water is used up in flushing every time we use the washroom. Seeing the kind of precious water being wasted every day, designer Dave Hakkens conceptualized a very different kind of a urinal idea. Made from 2 parts of Corian, Toilet 2.0 (as the product has been christened) is thinner, lighter and stronger than the normal versions of the toilets you come across.

Basing his design on various tests, he decided on bringing out the best from his observations. His tests primarily were related to searching for forms which splash inside the toilet at the time of flushing. Toilet 2.0 design has been designed in a way so as to clean with 8 different points, from where pressurized water comes out. By doing this, there is no need for a toilet brush and the daily need to sit and clean the toilet. Thanks to the water jets fitted inside, maximum cleanliness can be maintained inside the flush.
Topping it all is a built in freshener in the push plate to keep the toilet smelling as fresh as ever. No more worries of germs and infections, anymore. In the back, grey water is aptly used for cleaning the piper while clean fresh water is injected at the time of flushing. However, the quantity of water being used is minimal, thanks to the jet sprays installed.
