Mobile Volubilis lamp is flexibly chic

That art is but just an imitation of nature has been re-conceived by Younes Duret, a Morocco based product designer in an attractive format for this home lighting system. Named after a historic Roman city located near Meknes in Morocco and inspired as well by a local Volubilis flower this light component brings the beholder closer to Mother Nature and at the same time allows the home maker and decorator a wide variety of flexible settings each time. The light yields to a variety of constitutional changes without with little or no effort from the user giving a new look each time to the same settings. Being waterproof it can become also be used without hesitation near, pools, water-fountains etc to illumine any atmosphere to its appropriate requirement.

Similar to the flower, the Volubilis is made of eight autonomous light elements springing from an explicit base. The metal framework which holds and replenishes each light element is positioned as a preferred interface between the flexible part and a strong hold for the light fixture. The lights are made of Elastomer, a polymeric material that allows reversible elastic deformations, outlined with a metallic support to enrich a diffused lighting element that can illuminate any space with required extent of radiance and energy discretion.
