Designed by Helen Gibson, the sister chair takes inspiration from the philosophy of form and unity. This philosophy was applied to this design because the designer has dedicated the chair to the relationship that she shares with her sisters, as they have guided her life and also provided her support. Made out of red oak and mahogany, the chair symbolizes the strength of a human relationship that is so important in everyone’s life.
