Water Scale: An energy conscious weighing machine

Almost 2000 years ago, great mathematician Archimedes had concluded that anything shaped to displace the same amount of water as that of its weight, can float on the water. Inspired by this core principle, Muzaffer Kocer and Ayca Guven came together to create the Water Scale - an eco-friendly measuring device that can weigh an object placed onto its scale plate.
