Taking the kitchen design to a new altitude altogether, designer Dietmar Hentschker sets of a nifty design in the world of kitchen. Stripping down the old fitted kitchen design, the modular kitchen is designed to fit the trendy generation. It stands away from the range of cabinets and is built of 28 functional elements or segments. Each segment is distinct in such a way to tune up well with the storage, cooking and washing area conveniently. The functional elements can be varied at random: cooking and washing up, baking and cooking, chilling and storage are combined in corresponding units. A compact kitchen is designed perfectly for the iPod generation, and it can be well put as ‘beauty put to good use’.
