Levinson-tuned home cinema systems from LG make a grand debut

Laced with a stunning virtual 10.1 channel surround sound system, the all new home cinema systems from LG are all set to rock media lovers across the world. Specially tuned by Mark Levinson, the “world-renowned guru of high-end audio”, both the HT903TA and the HT503TH feature 5.1 systems that comes in a gloss black finish with stand-alone “soft-curve” speakers the redefine “minimalist and upmarket” design. With Virtual Sound Matrix (V.S.M) creating five virtual speakers that replicate a 10.1 channel surround sound effect, the HT903TA and HT503TH offer 1000 watts and 500 watts of pure power, respectively.

Also laced with 1080p upscaling technology via HDMI out connectivity and SIMPLINK, the systems offer multi format playback including DivX, DVD, DVD-R/RW, WMA, MP3 and JPEG as well as USB ripping to copy music directly to a USB compatible MP3 player. In addition, the HT903TA comes equipped with an iPod connection with the playlist menu showcased on the TV screen that can also be controlled via the remote control and features HDMI in and out. Though there is still no word on pricing, both the systems are expected to be available in the UK July onwards.
