If your child worries at night, and is afraid to sleep alone, then sing him/her a lullaby. But of course, there are situations, when even lullabies can’t soothe one’s frazzled nerves. Curbing this fact is the Lullaby Quilt which considers all the intricacies and understands the parent-child relationship very well.
Created, devised and planned by designers Alberto Elizondo, Roberto Picerno and Francesca Pizzutilo, the design is as unique as the concept. The quilt makes use of various LED’s and has been wired in a way so as to illuminate the silhouette’s on multiple quilts at the same time. The concept uses repetition and incorporates the gaming fad into its idea.
By touching a pattern on one quilt, the same pattern is displayed on the other quilts as well. Closeness is one factor which makes the heart grow fonder and with the quilt, the concept will also develop the idea into much more.In the Lullaby Quilt, the networking has been done so expertly such that there would be no need to have a physical connection all the time. It’s like one quilt calls out to another, with a tune of love and passion. Bringing forth the concept of sharing and caring, the Lullaby Quilt is still a prototype, but given the facts, it will not take long to convert it into reality.
