Designed for Electrolux, this plate washer and drier is unique in itself. The machine besides its regular functionality of washing and drying also convert the plates into desired shapes. The plate can be converted into a bowl or any other shape, once placed on a conveyer belt. The basic principle that runs behind changing the shapes is the, Electrostatic flocking.
The electrostatic flocking allows the plates to change the shape through the electrostatic contact points that exploit the surrounding static energy. Since, the plates are made up of nylon and polypropylene, the material used amends the shape to a bowl or plate with the static frequency created by the metal contact points. All you require is place the plates in the machine and program it. The machine will not only clean up and dry your plates but will also transform them into the desired shapes.
