The house in Encino, designed by Edward Fickett is an incredible piece of architecture. The architecture is an assortment of beautiful interiors with the retro yet modern furniture. Designed for Warner Walcott and Jonn Coolidge, the proprietor adorns the design of their house. The furniture and home accessories are vintage collection of eminent designers. The artwork is a work of Robert Mangold; the pots that are hand thrown ceramics is crafted by Georges and the stools are designed by Charlotte Perriand. The embellished chaise lounge, fastening bolts, carabineers and planked hearth adds to the décor of the house.

The tree set that is planted in red rock box heads towards the skylight. The couple use the Joe Colombo designed Poker table as a dinning table with the Plona’s folding chair. The remarkable attribute of the table is that it has chrome legs and a composite top and the surfaces move to and fro to hold ashtrays and drinks. The two angled chair has stretchable latex seats that endows the comfort. The pony skin pillows placed on white lemon sole chair add to the grace of the room.

The kitchen is refurbished with washer and dryer that make the kitchen spacious and the countertops are crafted with the novel look. The black-lacquered metal Standard lamps give a stylish look to the master bedroom that is installed over an Italian bed. The guest bathroom and the rooms have been given the retro- modern look with the designer made furniture instilled into it. The swimming pool is restored with the translucent shades of blue and gray marbles. The marbles are fitted in a rectilinear pattern that gives the manifestation of water edge.
