Robby garden XP is another sepoy to join the ranks of robotic lawnmower. It uses its grass detecting sensors to do its job, at the same time mulching, eliminating the need of post-mowing raking. Its detection sensors help it to recognize the green lawn. However, the areas which do not have much greenery need to be differentiated for the mower with the help of other things like stones, so that robot can recognize. It is also capable of navigating around obstacles like trees etc. Having a cutting width of 22cm, it can not only handle a tough terrain, but can also incline up to 27 degrees.

It runs on 6.9 Ah rechargeable lithium battery with the run time of four hours, depending on chosen speed. And, all you have to do is push a button to start, pause and stop it. Another feature of this robot is that it can measure the height of the grass, consequently adjusting the speed of blades, so that the power is saved. There is an in-built sensor too that will also stop and cover the blades, so that robot is carried safely from the front of the lawn. It is available for the price of 1,559 euro, which equals to approx. US$1,119.
