The quintessential American designer Tommy Hilfiger and his wife Dee Hilfiger’s $50 million apartment in the very famous New York Plaza hotel showcases luxurious yet elegant interiors, which also have a hint of artistic flavor to it. The couple got married in 2008 and holds the two floors condo on the top floor of the hotel.

The art house

The entrance of Hilfiger’s house is decked with stunning portraits of various iconic celebrities, such as Andy Warhol, Marilyn Monroe and Elizabeth Taylor. The apartment is highly spacious and features four large bedrooms along with four and half bathroom.

The beautiful house of this lovely couple is full of many whimsical traits that turn out to be an eccentric feature of their apartment. One of such traits is a blue neon sign that goes like “And I said I love you”, signed by British artist Tracey Emin.

The bedroom of their three year old son is also a part of an artistic excellence. The room has been hand-painted by the illustrator of Eloise fame, Hilary Knight. It indeed is a dream room of every child.

The house of this fashion power couple also displays an interesting section covered with framed family portraits shot by Annie Leibovitz. It shows their lovely and affectionate bond with the family.
